Will my printer work with CloudToner?
Monitoring depends on the information your printer exposes and how it is connected. The toner catalogue helps identify supplies; a catalogue listing does not guarantee monitoring support. Install the agent and review your first scan to check your printers.
What do I need to install?
Install the CloudToner agent on a Windows or macOS computer. Keep it powered on and connected to the printer network for scheduled scans. Read the installation guide.
Where do I buy replacement toner?
Available retailer links take you to an external store, which handles checkout, delivery and returns. Check the cartridge and printer model before buying. Managed accounts may have supplies arranged through their IT provider.
What is included in the paid option?
Premium Partner is for IT providers who need branded customer access, organisation and site management, and partner workflows. Pricing is agreed under an annual platform agreement. Monitoring itself remains free.
