The secure browser didn’t open
Select Open Secure Browser Again in the CloudToner Agent. It reopens the same pending request.

Sign in before downloading the agent. If you don’t have an account, registration returns you to the download page automatically.
Your computer is not connected until a signed-in user reviews and approves it.

Choose the installer that matches the computer you will leave connected to your printer network.

Open the downloaded installer and follow the prompts. Your computer may ask for administrator approval.

Select Connect / Authenticate in the desktop agent. CloudToner opens a secure browser page containing the connection request.

Compare the browser request with the CloudToner Agent before approving it.

After approval, run a discovery scan from the dashboard. New printers appear for review before monitoring starts.

Do not approve the computer. Sign out in the browser, then sign in using the correct CloudToner account.
Return to the desktop agent and start a fresh connection request.
